Description

Work on implementing AI tools and solutions within IT product development teams, including configuration and integration into their environments. You will design and build agentic AI workflows—creating skills, prompts, and standardized usage/documentation—then provide hands-on engineering support during delivery. Ensure teams can maintain and continue evolving the AI solutions after the implementation engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate AI tools/solutions in development teams’ workflows

• Design and build agentic AI workflows; create skills and prompts; establish unified standards and technical documentation

• Hands-on support for teams working with the deployed solutions

• Knowledge transfer and harmonization of practices across teams via pair/mob programming and shared code review

• Enable team independence to maintain and further develop AI solutions after service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Developer (Java and Angular preferred)

• Practical experience in product development teams and end-to-end SDLC knowledge

• Experience designing and implementing SDLC AI-based solutions (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot, open-source models)

• Ability to build AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts, and integrate them into the engineering environment (repositories, CI/CD, code review, tests)

• Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-supported software engineering practices

• Knowledge of LLM, RAG, automation, and agent architecture concepts (LangGraph framework and MCP protocol experience is a plus)

• Experience with production deployment of AI solutions: configuration, integration with organizational systems, hardening, monitoring, and iterative improvement

• High communication and consulting skills for discussions with technical teams and management
