Description

You will lead small to mid-sized AI projects end-to-end, keeping delivery on track from the first scoping session to a solution running in production. The role requires enough technical understanding to discuss architecture and estimates with engineers and clients, and enough delivery discipline to ensure production-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Run delivery of AI projects: planning, backlog, sprints, scope, budget, and risks

• Turn client needs into clear requirements; work with the tech lead on solution design and estimates

• Support presales: scoping workshops, estimates, and proposals with sales and senior delivery leads

• Act as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders (product owners, IT, and business users)

• Ensure production quality: testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation

• Support your team: provide feedback, remove blockers, and maintain momentum

• Spot follow-up opportunities and help successful projects turn into longer partnerships

Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical role (developer, analyst, data engineer, or similar)

• At least 2 years leading projects

• Ability to read an architecture diagram

• Understanding of APIs, cloud, and deployment well enough to challenge an estimate

• Experience with at least one AI/GenAI project (or strong personal interest)

• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and agents; awareness of typical AI project challenges (data quality, evaluation, hallucinations, model drift)

• Practical iterative delivery experience

• Experience managing client projects with fixed scope or budget

• Clear, structured communication in meetings and in writing

• Czech and English at a professional level; willingness to visit clients occasionally

• Ownership mindset and optimistic, problem-solving approach

Nice to have

• PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe certifications

• Data governance and security awareness (GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA)

• Hands-on familiarity with Azure/AWS
