Description

Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise AI solutions, partnering with senior business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, select tools/platforms, and shape solution scope, approach, effort, and impact. You will design, build, test, and maintain reusable AI capabilities, including an evaluation layer and debugging of agent behavior. You will also integrate with data platforms and run user pilots to iteratively improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with senior business stakeholders and domain experts
• Identify processes suitable for automation
• Choose tools, platforms, and approaches for business problems
• Prepare and present solution proposals (scope, approach, effort, impact)
• Support presales and collaborate with decision-makers
• Design, build, test, and maintain reusable AI skills
• Write and review production-quality code
• Build an evaluation layer (golden cases, acceptance criteria, regression checks)
• Debug AI agent behavior
• Integrate with platforms and data sources
• Run pilots with users and iteratively improve solutions
• Define and enforce standards for AI-skill creation, review, versioning, and releases
• Track AI tooling evolution and adopt appropriate solutions

Requirements

• Architect/Principal/Lead level experience (not execution-only)
• Hands-on coding and the ability to write and review production-quality code
• Experience architecting real systems (modules, integrations, reuse, versioning, NFRs)
• Strong engineering fundamentals and modern practices (Git, code review, automated testing, CI/CD)
• Hands-on experience with production LLM systems used by real users
• Knowledge of agentic patterns: tool use/function calling, MCP, prompt engineering, context engineering, orchestration
• Ability to evaluate when AI is the right choice vs conventional solutions
• Experience evaluating and improving nondeterministic AI systems
• Client-facing experience with senior business stakeholders
• Presales capability: shaping, scoping, estimating, and presenting solutions
• Ability to explain technical solutions and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership of end-to-end AI capability architecture, standards, shared components, platform-level decisions, and security/compliance for sensitive HR data
• English level: C1
