Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions in a modern banking environment. You will work with LLMs and AI agents, set technical standards, and help shape the bank’s long-term AI technology direction. You’ll evaluate quality, performance, and costs while ensuring security and long-term maintainability, and you’ll mentor and grow the team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions for banking use cases

• Build and operate solutions with emphasis on security, reliability, and long-term sustainability

• Develop capabilities around LLMs, AI agents, and related technologies

• Set technical standards and build AI competence within the bank

• Evaluate AI solutions for quality, performance, and cost

• Collaborate with IT, data teams, security, and business stakeholders

• Mentor colleagues and support team development

• Contribute to enterprise-wide AI technology strategy

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions end-to-end (design, development, deployment)

• Practical experience with LLMs, agentic systems, and enterprise integration

• Strong technical background in architecture/solution design and experience with development or data platforms

• Ability to make technical decisions aligned with quality, reliability, and long-term sustainability

• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring to build AI capability and team growth

• Hands-on approach and willingness to actively participate in implementation

• Ability to communicate technical topics with both IT and business
