• Role: Creative Lead (build and lead a new creative unit)

Description

You will lead and develop a creative team split into copywriting, community management, and art/production, while staying hands-on with crafting concepts.

You’ll guarantee the quality of client outputs by overseeing ideas, scripts, and the execution details when production and directing are needed.

You will collaborate closely with leadership to build pitches and develop integrated campaigns across social, video, events, PR, and podcasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a creative team with three branches: Copywriting, Community Management, and an Art Studio (art direction, design, motion)

• Develop strong concepts; write video scripts; step in on production/directing when needed

• Ensure client-facing deliverables are creative, on-idea, and successfully delivered

• Work with leadership (social, strategy, influencer, and content production) to shape pitch proposals and integrated campaigns

Requirements

• Experience in advertising or a social media agency (senior-level copy/idea background)

• Strong ability to write and present/pitch concepts to clients

• Video scripting skills

• Leadership mindset: mentor and develop team members

• Understanding of integrated 360° campaigns beyond influencer/social (events, PR, podcasts, video)

• Practical ability to use AI tools to speed up work while maintaining human authenticity and craftsmanship
