Description

Build and improve AI-enabled automation for core finance processes spanning P2P, OTC, invoicing, payments, and reconciliation. Map end-to-end workflows, identify manual and error-prone work, and translate finance requirements into reliable automation logic. Validate accounting/business correctness, monitor performance, and support adoption by finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with Finance, SSC, and IT to understand processes and identify automation opportunities

• Map end-to-end finance processes across P2P, OTC, invoicing, payments, and reconciliation

• Identify repetitive, inefficient, or error-prone activities suitable for automation

• Drive practical use cases such as invoice/payment matching, bank statement processing, PO creation and follow-up, settlement and reconciliation, payment reminders, and supplier/customer communication

• Translate finance requirements into process and automation logic

• Collaborate with internal AI agents and automation tools with IT and technical support

• Test automation outputs and validate accounting and business logic correctness

• Support implementation and adoption across P2P, OTC, and other SSC teams

• Monitor automated processes, investigate issues, improve reliability, and keep documentation up to date

• Track impact on manual effort, processing speed, data accuracy, and financial closing

• Train and support finance teams to use new solutions effectively

Requirements

• Experience with finance process improvement

• Experience with ERP implementation, finance systems, or automation projects

• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes (P2P, OTC, invoicing, payments, and/or reconciliation)

• Ability to map processes, identify root causes, and translate business needs into system requirements

• Experience working with finance teams and technical stakeholders

• Exposure to automation or AI tools and genuine interest in applying them to improve daily work

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Independent, self-driven approach in an evolving automation environment

• Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical topics clearly to finance users

• Fluent English (Czech/Slovak is an advantage, not mandatory)
