Lead a small Art Studio (graphic + motion designers) and set visual direction across social, video, print, and pitch work.

Description

You will supervise and guide 2 designers/motion specialists, establish visual standards and consistency for diverse client projects, and create deliverables hands-on—from social media posts to offline print materials and pitch presentations. You’ll also set up a Design Quality Framework (rules, templates, workflow) to speed up delivery and reduce revision rounds, while owning the agency’s internal visual brand face.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small Art Studio; oversee quality and coordinate external partners if needed
• Define visual direction for new projects and existing clients; ensure consistency across all outputs
• Create social and offline deliverables hands-on
• Build design systems and processes via a Design Quality Framework (templates, workflow)
• Own internal agency brand materials (presentations, brand assets, internal SOME)
• Design social media & digital assets: static and animated posts, carousels, dark posts, Stories
• Edit and post-produce video/Reels/Shorts for social networks
• Create offline & event materials: PR box package concepts, moodboards, stickers, wraps, event decor; prepare print data for production
• Develop high-impact visual presentations for tenders and strategic proposals

Requirements

• Senior experience from an agency or studio, with a strong focus on Social Media
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects) plus Canva
• Print/DTP experience preparing files for non-standard formats (packaging, décor, wraps/decals)
• Leadership through constructive feedback; motivate the team while meeting deadlines and quality targets
• Strong presentation skills to communicate and sell visual concepts to internal teams and clients
• Effective use of AI generators and tools, with judgment for when real means more
• Portfolio link required
