Description

You’ll maintain secure, stable, and highly available F5 load balancing environments, coordinating hardening and vulnerability remediation while planning upgrades and patches. The role also focuses on troubleshooting, improving operational processes, and extending automation using Ansible and/or Terraform. You’ll work in a collaborative international, English-speaking technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate monthly vulnerability remediation and hardening activities across F5 load balancer environments
• Plan and execute F5 upgrades, patches, and security improvements following structured processes
• Ensure F5 environments remain secure, stable, up to date, and aligned with technical standards
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate operational processes
• Develop, maintain, and extend existing Ansible and/or Terraform automation
• Contribute to evolving F5 operations toward a more automated and efficient model
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on support across the F5 environment
• Work closely with technical teams in an English-speaking environment

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with F5 LTM / load balancing technologies
• Solid understanding of load balancing concepts, network infrastructure, and F5 environments
• Practical experience with Ansible and/or Terraform
• Experience with infrastructure patching, vulnerability remediation, and hardening
• Degree in Networking, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional certifications/experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of infrastructure security and operational best practices
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Hands-on, proactive approach and ability to work independently
