Description

This Security Expert role supports international cyber resilience by driving data security strategy, governance, and security controls, and by leading major security incidents and crisis situations. You will define security requirements and standards, strengthen data access security (including encryption and DLP), embed security by design in IT solutions, and manage incident response processes, playbooks, and exercises. Cross-functional work includes Security Operations, IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Data Security: drive data security strategy, governance, and security controls; define security requirements, policies, and standards; strengthen data access security, encryption, DLP, and secure data lifecycle management; identify security risks and drive remediation; ensure security is embedded by design into IT solutions and projects.
  • Incident & Crisis Management: lead and coordinate major cyber security incidents and crisis situations; develop and improve incident response processes, escalation procedures, and playbooks; organize cyber crisis exercises and simulations; lead post-incident reviews and strengthen cyber resilience; collaborate with Security Operations, IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in Information Security
  • Hands-on experience with Data Security and access security
  • Experience in Security Incident & Crisis Management
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security threats, risks, and security controls
  • Knowledge of technologies and concepts such as IAM, encryption, DLP, SIEM, EDR, and Zero Trust
  • Understanding of cloud security, particularly Microsoft 365 and AWS
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, DORA, and GDPR
  • Very good business English
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or GSEC are a plus
