Description

You will develop and maintain automation for mission-critical infrastructure and cloud-based financial services. Responsibilities include building Python-based automation, managing AWS services (RDS, S3, EC2), and implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform and GitLab CI/CD. You will also optimize load balancing (HAProxy, Kong, Apache), monitor production performance and availability, and troubleshoot Linux/networking and distributed system issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure using Python
• Manage AWS services including AWS RDS, S3, and EC2
• Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform and GitLab CI/CD
• Configure and optimize load balancers such as HAProxy, Kong, and Apache
• Monitor system performance, availability, and scalability in production
• Troubleshoot networking and Linux-related issues affecting business applications
• Enhance deployment pipelines and operational workflows through automation
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve CI/CD processes
• Ensure high availability and resilience of core financial systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, automation, or cloud infrastructure roles
• Strong Python proficiency for scripting and automation
• Hands-on AWS experience with RDS, S3, and EC2
• Practical Terraform and GitLab CI/CD infrastructure-as-code experience
• Experience with HAProxy, Kong, and Apache for load balancing and API management
• Solid Linux system administration and networking knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex distributed system issues
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to system improvements
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Fluent English
• Legal right to work in the European Union
