Description

You will complete a three-year apprenticeship as an IT System Electronics Technician. You will build and maintain technical systems for safety, ITK technology, and automation, work outdoors in varying conditions, and gain experience while supporting service technicians. Networking work from copper to fiber optics is part of the training.

Role description & responsibilities

• Build and maintain technical systems in the areas of safety, ITK technology, and automation
• Work on systems such as intrusion and fire alarm systems, video and public address systems, displays, ticket machines, hot bearing detector systems, and radio technologies
• Perform small installation/mounting work
• Work outdoors on sites such as station areas, track areas, and control rooms
• Accompany service technicians on regional assignments and collect practical experience

Requirements

• Completed school education (soon) with a qualification recognized in Germany
• German language skills at least B2
• Manual dexterity and interest in hands-on work
• Willingness to work outdoors independently
• Teamwork and reliability
• Driving license class B (manual transmission) completed (soon)
• Enjoyment of varied tasks
