Description

You will lead data center build projects, collaborating with stakeholder teams to map dependencies and create and drive project schedules. The role requires strong judgment, the ability to influence without authority, and analytical/technical aptitude to eliminate non-value-add work, remove blockers, and accelerate delivery. You will apply project management tools and methodologies across the full lifecycle from conceptual design feasibility through commissioning and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end data center builds
• Map dependencies and drive schedules with stakeholder teams
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk across the program lifecycle
• Focus on critical path items to solve high-impact problems
• Eliminate non-value-add activities and remove blockers to accelerate delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of project/program management experience
• 5+ years building and leading large teams in matrixed operating structures
• 5+ years experience with MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint
• Ability to understand mechanical/electrical engineering concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work effectively with ambiguity and competing priorities
