Description

Implement, configure, and support the ServiceNow HRSD module for clients. You will analyze requirements and design HR service delivery solutions, including workflows, forms, reports, and integrations. You will also provide training, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement using the latest HRSD capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design solutions using ServiceNow HRSD

• Configure and customize the HRSD module (workflows, forms, reports, integrations)

• Develop and implement HR service delivery best practices (employee onboarding, offboarding, case management)

• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, and business stakeholders)

• Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD issues; provide ongoing support and maintenance

• Stay up to date with HRSD features and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• ~8 years total work experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD

• Strong understanding of HR processes: employee lifecycle management, case management, knowledge management

• Experience in project management, requirements gathering, and solution design

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• ServiceNow System Administrator certification (or equivalent) preferred
