Description

Lead business analysis for ServiceNow implementations, partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support successful project delivery. Drive requirements analysis for ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, and help oversee configuration and customization to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for ServiceNow projects and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others)
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers, and stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for ServiceNow solutions
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus
• Develop user stories, process flows, and use cases to support solution design and development
• Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet business objectives
• Support testing, training, and change management activities

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow processes, modules, and integrations (public sector experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and design
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
• Consulting experience or work with global clients is preferred
