Description

You will lead business analysis for ServiceNow projects, working with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support successful delivery. The role covers ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD (and other ServiceNow areas). You will facilitate workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for ServiceNow projects (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and document requirements

• Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus

• Develop user stories, process flows, and use cases to support solution design and development

• Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet business objectives

• Support testing, training, and change management activities

• Apply best practices for ServiceNow implementations

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow processes, modules, and integrations (public sector experience is a plus)

• Strong business process analysis and design

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus

• Consulting or global client experience is preferred
