Forward Deployed Engineer

Description

Forward Deployed Engineers work directly with clients to design, build, and deploy scalable technology solutions. The role translates complex business requirements into technical implementations, prototypes intelligent applications and automation, and supports the full lifecycle from ideation and proof-of-concept through deployment and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Prototype, develop, and implement intelligent applications, automation solutions, and modern digital products
• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and architecture discussions
• Analyze technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and improve solution effectiveness
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, data specialists, and business stakeholders
• Continuously explore emerging technologies and support responsible client adoption

Requirements

• Experience in software engineering, application development, cloud technologies, data engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience with Python or another modern programming language
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, or modern software architectures
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of modern software development practices and methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken)
