Description

Lead engineering teams to develop and implement innovative analytical and AI-driven solutions using cloud-native, data, and NoSQL technologies. You will drive AI adoption, design quality technical solutions by analyzing business and technical environments, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate features and architecture decisions. You’ll also mentor team members, support code reviews and testing, and maintain strong engineering culture and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL-related technologies
• Build Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using best-in-class data frameworks
• Drive next waves of AI adoption
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture
• Partner with architects, technical leads, and key stakeholders across functional groups
• Analyze business problems and technical environments to design high-quality technical solutions
• Participate in code review and testing to ensure best-practice compliance
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performance engineering culture
• Write and maintain project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with Data Software Engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Extensive experience with Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience and confidence using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience managing small and mid-size teams using Agile methodology
• Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, business-oriented way
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional English oral and written communication (B2+)
