Description

Embed with clients from kickoff through go-live to transform legacy systems, spreadsheets, month-end chaos, and compliance constraints into shipped, production-ready software using applied AI. You lead discovery, architect and build custom AI solutions (LLM agents, data pipelines, validation/reconciliation harnesses, exception workflows, and human-in-the-loop review), then iterate quickly with real users until it’s truly useful. Trust and correctness are central, with auditable outputs and evaluation frameworks to prove performance in high-stakes domains.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical face of engagements from kickoff through go-live and beyond

• Lead discovery on messy, real-world workflows and reverse-engineer undocumented legacy systems

• Improve the process before automating it

• Architect and build AI solutions using LLM agents, data pipelines, and validation/reconciliation harnesses

• Ship quickly in tight prototype sprints and iterate on real data

• Design for trust in regulated environments with humans on exceptions and auditable outputs

• Build stakeholder relationships and translate business value into technical execution

• Create reusable patterns, harnesses, and playbooks to compound knowledge across engagements

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals; ability to design and ship production systems

• Comfort across the full stack, including TypeScript/Node/React and Python

• Hands-on modern AI tooling for taking LLM solutions from concept to production

• Experience with agent frameworks, prompt/context engineering, and RAG strategies

• Knowledge of evaluation frameworks to validate AI output quality

• Systems thinking and solid engineering judgment for complex, high-leverage improvements

• Client-facing skills to lead working sessions and manage stakeholders

• Fluent English and ability to work directly with clients across time zones

• High agency and a bias to ship in ambiguous environments with changing requirements
