Description

You partner with customers as a trusted advisor to design and deliver AI-native solutions using generative and agentic AI. You bridge business goals and technical feasibility, translate customer pain points into agent-based AI concepts, and drive measurable increases in automation and business value. You work mainly remote while moderating requirements in stakeholder workshops and presenting tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer pain points and translate complex challenges into smart, agent-based AI concepts that deliver immediate value

• Drive measurable, sustainable, and significant automation improvements in customer processes

• Focus on technical solution strategy and business value

• Support and steer code production and administrative tasks from a high-level perspective

• Moderate and shape requirements during meetings and present tailored solutions to different stakeholders

Requirements

• Clear software or IT background (e.g., Computer Science/Business Informatics degree or comparable experience)

• Strong customer-facing mindset and ability to work directly with people

• Ability to close the gap between sales commitments and technical feasibility

• Clear understanding of the real capabilities and limitations of agentic AI

• Ability to learn quickly

• Ability to translate technical options into economic ROI for the customer

• Strong ability to listen, moderate conflicting requirements, and communicate effectively from operational tech level up to C-level

• Trusted advisor approach

• Ability to present and moderate tailored solutions during workshops/strategic milestones

• Primarily remote work with travel for strategic milestones/workshops
