Description

Act as the crucial bridge between customers and a rapidly evolving AI platform. You’ll guide customers through new AI capabilities, uncover additional workflows to automate, and ensure frontline needs shape the technical roadmap by partnering with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD).

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to proactively uncover tasks and workflows that can be automated

• Conduct deep discovery to validate impact and design solutions using AI products

• Manage pilot programs with strong project management to guide deals to closure

• Train and onboard customers with hands-on guidance for cutting-edge tools

• Relay clear business problems and comprehensive technical details to EPD when customers face blockers

Requirements

• Clear communication to translate complex features and relay actionable requirements to PM and EPD

• Proactive mindset to independently uncover new use cases

• Deep discovery skills (digging three levels deep) to understand core pain points and workflow mechanics

• Organized project management to run pilots and drive adoption

• Ability to quickly become an expert in evolving products and teach/empower others
