Description

You will implement scalable AI systems for clients. Responsibilities include designing AI solution and system architecture, developing and deploying AI applications (e.g., conversational agents and classification/automation systems), and building, maintaining, and troubleshooting data and NLP pipelines. You will also act as a trusted advisor translating business needs into scalable AI solutions and support technical presales with solution design, implementation approach, and a delivery plan.

Responsibilities

• Design AI solution and system architecture

• Develop and deploy AI applications (conversational agents, classification + automation)

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot data and NLP pipelines

• Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions

• Support technical presales: solution design, implementation approach, delivery plan

Requirements

• 2+ years of AI/ML development experience (PoC to production)

• 5+ years of Python application development

• 5+ years of technical customer-facing experience

• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools (LangChain, LangGraph, RAG)

• Fluent English (minimum C1 level)

• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
