Description

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you embed with one client and own the work end to end—from discovery through build, production support, and what comes after. You discover the real problem by observing how work actually happens, build a working prototype to prove value, and lead delivery with an AI pod behind you. The role is highly hands-on, versatile across the stack, and not focused on specialist, AI-only, or backend-only work.

Responsibilities

• Own one client engagement end to end (first conversation through discovery, build, production, and beyond)

• Find the real problem through on-site discovery and stakeholder listening

• Build a prototype that runs (not decks) and put it in front of the client

• Lead an AI pod: select the pod members, stay accountable for what it ships, and monitor for drift

• Make value legible using measurable savings in hours, cost, or risk

• Identify the next project once current work is safe and prototype the answer for the client

• Feed what you learn back into internal playbooks and accelerators

Requirements

• Strong, broad engineering capability to design, build, deploy, and run systems across the stack

• Working command of current AI tooling, including where acceleration helps

• Ability to translate business problems into technical options with commercial framing (cost, risk, payback, and outcomes if the client does nothing)

• Communication skills to explain and align with both technical and business executives

• Owner mindset with accountability to advise against unsuitable work

• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving problem definitions

• Fluent English (spoken and written); Polish preferred for Polish clients
