Description

You will act as the bridge between customers and a rapidly evolving AI-enabled product, guiding customers through new capabilities and helping transform daily workflows. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Design so frontline customer needs directly shape the technical roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to uncover additional tasks and workflows that can be automated in the platform.

• Conduct deep discovery by drilling into customer problems to validate impact and design solutions using AI products.

• Manage pilot programs with strong project management to guide deals to closure.

• Train and onboard customers with hands-on guidance to navigate cutting-edge tools.

• Relay exceptionally clear business problems and comprehensive technical details to EPD teams when customers face blockers.

Requirements

• Clear communication: translate complex product features for customers and relay precise, actionable requirements to PM and EPD.

• Proactiveness: independently uncover new use cases to make the platform more valuable.

• Deep discovery: dig three levels deep to fully understand core pain points and marketer workflow mechanics.

• Project management: organized approach to running pilots and executing objectives to drive adoption.

• Fast product learning: quickly become an expert in evolving products to teach and empower others.
