Description

Own the industrialization and scaling of AI solutions across the organization, coordinating the move from experiments and pilots into stable, secure, and effective production environments. You will manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for AI products, define governance standards and mechanisms, and ensure operational readiness. You will monitor performance, availability, and quality, and drive continuous optimization based on business value.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AI product and solution delivery lifecycle across multiple teams and business units
• Design, implement, and oversee CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps processes for AI and GenAI solutions
• Ensure production readiness: reliability, safety/security, and operational stability
• Develop and scale AI platforms and internal services enabling AI usage
• Monitor performance, availability, and quality; initiate optimization and continuous improvement
• Define and track KPIs, operational metrics, and business-value realization measures for AI initiatives
• Coordinate collaboration across Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Data, and Business functions
• Manage risks, dependencies, release plans, and AI delivery governance at enterprise scale
• Build and standardize best practices for delivering and operating AI solutions
• Support transition from experimental/pilot phases to scalable, maintainable production environments
• Support adoption of AI platforms and standards across teams and business units
• Build an AI-focused culture of operational excellence

Requirements

• Experience managing products, programs, or technology initiatives, especially in AI/ML/GenAI
• Knowledge of AI Delivery processes, including CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps
• Experience moving solutions from PoC/pilot to production
• Knowledge of production operations, monitoring, scalability, and reliability for AI solutions
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance
• Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex organization
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, roadmaps, and release management processes
• Ability to translate business objectives into technological requirements and actions
• Very good communication and organizational skills; strong cross-functional collaboration
