Description

You will represent the business and its needs with Agile development teams and stakeholders. You will manage and prioritize the product backlog, define and refine User Stories with acceptance criteria, and translate business needs into functional requirements for delivery teams. You will also analyze opportunities for AI/GenAI and automation to support digital claims handling and related business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of business and coordinate with developers and stakeholders

• Manage product backlog and prioritize business requirements

• Define, refine, and accept User Stories and acceptance criteria

• Translate business needs into functional requirements for implementation teams

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective)

• Coordinate collaboration among business, IT, architects, and external suppliers

• Support implementations, business testing, and functional acceptance

• Identify opportunities for AI, GenAI, and process automation

• Design and develop digital processes for claims handling

• Configure and parameterize business rules in claims support systems

• Manage dependencies between products, processes, and organizational systems

• Monitor business goals and recommend product development directions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar

• Experience collecting and defining business requirements with IT teams

• Very good knowledge of Agile/Scrum

• Experience managing a product backlog

• Ability to create User Stories and acceptance criteria

• Experience leading business workshops and working with stakeholders

• Experience with business testing, functional acceptance, and change management

• Knowledge of the digital product lifecycle and software delivery process

• Ability to analyze business data, define KPIs, and evaluate solution effectiveness

• Knowledge of claims handling processes and insurance market operations

• Knowledge of AI, business process automation, and digitization of services
