Description

You will take responsibility for industrializing and scaling AI solutions in the organization and coordinate their transition from experiments and pilots to a stable, safe, and effective production environment. As an AI Product Owner, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of delivering AI products and solutions across technology and business teams, developing governance standards and mechanisms to scale AI adoption. You will also ensure operational readiness, monitor performance and quality, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AI product and solution delivery lifecycle across multiple teams and business units

• Design, implement, and oversee CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps processes for AI and GenAI solutions

• Ensure production readiness, reliability, security, and operational stability

• Develop and scale the AI platform and supporting services

• Monitor performance, availability, and quality; initiate optimization and continuous improvement

• Define and track KPIs, operational metrics, and measures of business value for AI initiatives

• Coordinate collaboration across Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Data, and Business

• Manage risks, dependencies, release plans, and organization-wide AI delivery governance

• Build and standardize best practices for delivering and operating AI solutions

• Support the transition from experimental/pilot stages to scalable, maintainable production environments

• Support adoption of AI platforms and standards across teams and business units

• Build a culture of operational excellence in the AI domain

Requirements

• Experience managing products, programs, or technology initiatives, particularly in AI/ML/GenAI

• Knowledge of AI Delivery processes, MLOps, LLMOps, and CI/CD

• Experience taking technological solutions from PoC/pilot to production

• Understanding of production operations: monitoring, scalability, and reliability of AI solutions

• Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance

• Experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex organizational environment

• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, roadmap, and release management process

• Ability to translate business goals into concrete technical requirements and actions

• Very good communication and organizational skills; strong cross-functional collaboration
