Role Description

You will own the product vision and lifecycle of selected business applications, managing backlogs, priorities, release planning, and coordination of selected IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver the product vision for digital and business applications
• Manage the product backlog, define priorities, and maximize business value
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for delivery teams
• Co-create the product roadmap and oversee initiative delivery aligned with business goals
• Lead and coordinate projects for development and maintenance of business applications
• Oversee Jira system queues and keep them up to date with correct prioritization
• Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for optimization
• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to identify business needs and define product direction
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, acceptance, and other Agile events

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Product Owner, Business-Systems Analyst, IT Project Manager, or similar
• Experience with product backlog management or system change management
• Practical experience running IT projects
• Ability to define business and functional requirements and translate them into development tasks
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively between business and IT
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Independent, analytical mindset and focus on business outcomes
