Description

Own delivery processes and coordinate multiple product and technology teams working in weekly sprints where code is produced 100% using AI with a human-in-the-loop approach. Translate business goals into a coherent product roadmap, set priorities across initiatives, and evaluate business impact using KPIs while managing risks and decisions needed for leadership. Lead product owners and delivery managers and align delivery plans with the CTO.

Responsibilities

• Optimize allocation of work across several product/technology teams (including mobile) delivering in weekly AI-driven sprints.
• Convert business objectives into a consistent roadmap; prioritize initiatives and assess their business effects.
• Manage product owners and delivery managers; align with the CTO on what and when can be delivered.
• Present weekly progress to the board/owner with KPI performance, risks, and decisions required.
• Ensure sprint increments deliver the most important business goals and remove bottlenecks between business and technology.
• Manage the portfolio of initiatives across multiple teams under sustained delivery vs. capacity pressure.

Requirements

• Lead multiple product and technology teams simultaneously.
• Own product quality and the testing/release process for products used by large numbers of users.
• Work in a weekly sprint rhythm and have implemented AI into day-to-day team work.
• Own the full cycle from idea to implementation and measurably reduce lead time.
• Report to senior leadership/owners for business KPI outcomes.
• Experience in a product company, ideally with a subscription model in large-scale B2C/B2B4C environments.
• Positive, energetic leadership with ambition to deliver world-class products; use market benchmarks and adopt best tools and methods.
• Developer experience is an advantage.
