Description

Manage delivery of large energy infrastructure projects and coordinate closely with planning, construction coordination, and overall and subproject leadership. Continuously improve project management tooling, reporting, quality and document management, and handle reporting for the Project Steering Committee (PSG) including change management. Prepare and moderate project management workshops and contribute to management and cross-project reporting while supporting a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Steer project execution and collaborate with project planning, construction coordination, and overall/subproject leadership
• Continuously improve project management tools and processes (reporting, quality management, document management)
• Own reporting to the Project Steering Committee (PSG) and support change management
• Create management reports and support contributions to overarching cross-project reporting
• Prepare and moderate content for project management workshops and other project meetings
• Actively contribute to a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and external contractors

Requirements

• Completed university/UAS degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Experience in large projects and project-related processes; ideally experience in project steering of major infrastructure projects in the energy sector
• Strong project management knowledge (methods and schedule planning with MS Project or Primavera)
• IPMA Level D project management certificate (required)
• English proficiency (minimum B1) and fluent German
