Description

You will lead and coordinate projects in the area of electrical power systems, ensuring project targets for quality, cost, and schedule. The role includes technical responsibility for planning and delivering plans for power infrastructure and power grids. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external service providers, construction participants, and permitting authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for electrical power systems

• Coordinate and manage internal project stakeholders and external service providers

• Ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets, including escalation management

• Align planning across trades and communicate with construction participants and permitting authorities

• Provide technical planning responsibility for electrical power systems (substations, switchgear stations, compensation plants, local network stations)

• Perform specialist planning for power grids

• Contribute to continuous development of processes in supply and operations management

Requirements

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in planning and leading projects in the energy sector

• Knowledge of VDE regulations and relevant DGUV regulations

• Ideally experience in planning power systems and power networks and performing grid calculations

• Knowledge in using modern planning and calculation software

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and assertiveness in project steering
