Description

You will manage and optimize IT infrastructure in local and cloud-based environments, including business applications and patch-, update-, and release-management. You will plan and execute independent projects, ensure third-level support for enterprise applications and related systems, and improve processes with targeted automation and AI. You will also coordinate external service providers and maintain documentation for existing and future systems and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and improve IT infrastructure (local and cloud) and business applications
• Own patch, update, and release management; automate to optimize processes
• Plan, lead, and deliver projects in business applications and IT infrastructure
• Provide third-level support for enterprise applications and adjacent systems
• Use automation and AI to optimize IT and business-unit processes
• Coordinate external vendors, partners, and software providers
• Create and maintain documentation for systems and business processes

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or training as a Specialist in Systems Integration or equivalent qualification
• Experience managing and evolving business applications (e.g., ERP, DMS, CRM)
• Good knowledge of cloud and SaaS management across the application lifecycle
• Familiarity with user, permissions, and access management (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, SCIM provisioning)
• Advanced PowerShell skills
• Good technical understanding of IT infrastructure and dependencies
• Experience with license, service provider, and contract management with business/economic awareness
• Analytical mindset, initiative, structured and independent working style
• Strong communication, team spirit, and good German and English skills (spoken and written)
