Description

Lead ERP projects across the full lifecycle—from planning through successful go-live and stabilization. Align project goals with business requirements and ensure close collaboration between Business and IT, coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external partners. Manage project planning, resources, budget, risks, and quality, while overseeing data migration, testing, training, and change management with transparent progress reporting to management.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field

• Several years of experience leading ERP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects in an international setting

• Strong knowledge of at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle)

• Solid understanding of core business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Production, or Sales

• Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams and managing external consultants/implementation partners

• Strong project management skills; PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA certifications are an advantage

• Analytical, structured, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Very good German; good English; readiness for occasional international travel (~10%)
