• Role: Project Manager (grant-funded projects)

Description

You will monitor and evaluate grant opportunities, create project concepts, and prepare and submit applications for European, state, regional, municipal, foundation, and other programs.

You will administer approved projects end-to-end, including monitoring reports, payment requests, project changes, publicity, documentation, and communication with funders.

You will track implementation, funding conditions, and project budgets, and provide progress reporting to leadership and grant providers while coordinating communication with project teams and partners.

Requirements

• Experience with project management or grant project administration

• Ability to organize work, manage deadlines, and complete tasks

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Ability to communicate in English or German

• Good user-level MS Office skills, especially Excel
