Description

You will support nationwide vehicle IT updates by flashing and updating vehicle control units, commissioning updated vehicles, and running system tests. You will handle fault troubleshooting and corrections based on instructions, assist with customer-specific solution work, and implement software changes on special hardware. You will also maintain and update technical documentation and support diagnostics, error reading, and installations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and Europe-wide updates and flash vehicle control units (cars, trucks, special vehicles)

• Commission vehicles and run system tests after updates

• Perform troubleshooting/incident resolution or error corrections, or process them as instructed

• Assist with developing customer-specific solutions

• Support the upkeep and updating of documentation

• Implement computer setups and deploy diagnosis software as instructed

• Support error reading and troubleshooting in vehicles

• Support installing new software on special hardware and new vehicle components

Requirements

• 2-year training in IT/Radio/Electronics (advantageous) or career-switch experience

• 100% travel readiness to varying, changing locations in Germany

• Advantageous technical knowledge in networking, IT hardware, and radio

• Advantageous initial experience with Linux and Windows

• Systematic, structured working approach

• High flexibility, resilience, and willingness to perform

• Good communication skills

• Very good German proficiency in speech and writing
