Description

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of IT introduction and implementation projects in the public transportation domain, handling planning, controlling, and stakeholder communication both internally and externally.

The role includes coordinating suppliers and service partners, steering software installations, configurations, and test activities, and working with product management and development to define requirements and find solutions.

You will collaborate with customer service and account management to support end-to-end customer care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project success in introduction projects through planning and controlling; represent projects internally and externally
• Coordinate and monitor the performance of suppliers and service partners
• Drive software installations, configurations, and test work
• Work with the team to develop customer requirements and find solutions with product management and development
• Promote holistic customer support together with Customer Service and Account Management

Requirements

• Experience in project management
• Completed degree in IT or strong affinity for public transportation
• Enjoys working in interdisciplinary project teams
• Enjoys complex tasks and is motivated to contribute to a more sustainable society
• Ability to communicate very well in German and English in an international team
