Description

You will implement, administer, and monitor Windows-based core services and application servers in a complex, high-modern infrastructure. You will troubleshoot and resolve incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support, participate in hardware/software projects (introduction, migration, lifecycle), and ensure compliance with IT security and data protection. The role also includes documenting the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, and monitor Windows-based core services and application servers
• Handle and resolve issues in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Work on IT projects covering hardware and software (introduction, migration, lifecycle)
• Ensure IT security and data protection requirements are followed
• Document the IT infrastructure

Requirements

• Degree in applied computer science or equivalent qualification (or completed IT specialist training with several years of experience)
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server
• Knowledge of server hardware, firewall systems, virtualization, storage, and backup solutions
• Strong IT security awareness and discretion
• Willingness to continuously learn new skills
• Helpful, problem-solving mindset
• Team-oriented working style
• Independent, structured working approach
• Decision-making ability, reliability, and responsibility
• Good communication skills in German and English
• German proficiency sufficient for professional communication; good English skills
• Valid driver’s license (Class B)
