Description

You will support a digital transformation covering business processes and the systems that enable key company areas. The work includes documenting project models and integrations, creating functional and non-functional specifications, collecting and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, and validating implemented solutions during UAT. You will also assist Product Owners and Project Managers with backlog prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project documentation, including data models, system integrations, and process flows
• Write functional and non-functional specifications (user stories, use cases, process diagrams)
• Support acceptance testing (UAT) and verify solutions against requirements
• Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
• Support Product Owners/Project Managers in prioritizing the backlog

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business/system analysis
• Experience collaborating with IT teams on system analysis, integrations (APIs), and data architecture
• Very good knowledge of requirement elicitation and documentation methodologies (BPMN, UML, User Stories)
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio/Lucidchart (or similar)
• Good SQL knowledge
