Description

You will analyze customer needs and proactively propose solution options. You will create business/IT analysis and functional specifications, prepare developer assignments, support testing design (including test scenarios), and contribute to documentation. You will collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and UX/UI designers, coordinate IT project activities, and communicate analytical outputs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and propose solution options

• Participate in test design for new functionalities and help create test scenarios
• Support documentation preparation
• Collaborate with Enterprise/Solution/Integration architects, developers, testers, and UX/UI designers
• Co-participate in coordination and delivery of IT projects
• Communicate and present analytical results

Requirements

• Proven experience working as an independent analyst
• Ability to read and understand architectural diagrams
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Experience with Enterprise Architect
• Knowledge of communication interface technologies (especially REST and SOAP), with advantage for persistent queues such as Kafka or IBM MQ
• Ability to map and design processes
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Advantage: experience with complex integration projects
• Knowledge of software development principles
• Basic orientation in legislation
• Attention to detail, reliability, responsibility, and organizational skills
