Description

You will join an analytics team working primarily on custom software projects for government, municipalities, and other public institutions. The role includes customer discussions from the start of system development through handover to operations, analysis of requirements and impacts of legislative changes, and modeling of IS functions. You will create analytical documents (functional specifications, development team inputs, and test materials) and support development with oversight, testing, training, and customer consultation.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discussions from initial development stages to system handover into operation

• Analyze requirements and information system development needs, including changes driven by legislation

• Model information system functions and collaborate on customer process changes

• Use CASE tools to support analysis

• Produce analytical documentation: functional specifications, development team assignments, and test inputs

• Support development: monitor developed functionality, testing, and provide training

• Present solutions, provide consulting/advisory support with PM as the main customer contact; conduct customer training

• Travel depending on project type and phase

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analysis and development of complex IS on the vendor side

• Ability to create and analyze UML diagrams

• SQL query writing experience

• English at least B2

• Analytical and logical thinking

• Good communication, negotiation, and structured documentation skills

• Independence plus ability to collaborate in a team

• Carefulness, patience, result orientation, and time flexibility

• Driver’s license category B
