Description

You will work in an agile team for digital channels, translating business needs into functional IT solutions for digital banking products. The role includes designing APIs, system integrations, data flows, and technical specifications, and creating analytical documentation and development inputs. Your work directly impacts digital products used by customers.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional IT solution designs
• Propose APIs, system integrations, data flows, and technical specifications
• Prepare analytical documentation and development assignments for engineering teams
• Assess impacts of changes across digital channels and banking systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and testers
• Support engineering teams during implementation and testing

Requirements

• Experience as an IT business analyst, ideally in banking or finance
• Ability to translate business requirements into technically feasible solution designs
• Experience designing APIs, system integrations, and data flows
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or similar modeling notations
• Understanding of agile development and ability to communicate effectively between business and IT
• Analytical thinking and ability to identify connections and propose suitable solutions
