Description

Collaborate with Plzeňský Prazdroj to co-create media solutions and campaigns that deliver real business and brand impact. As a team leader, you will influence both the client solutions and the way your team works, acting as a strategic partner for senior client stakeholders. The role focuses on connecting strategy, digital, and media thinking to enable long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4
• Support strategic decisions for the client and its portfolio of 7 brands in the Czech market
• Partner with senior stakeholders on the client side
• Integrate digital, media, and business into a single approach
• Define and shape new opportunities for the client (beyond campaign execution)

Requirements

• Knowledge of client and digital work, with a desire to improve how it’s done
• Ability to lead people and clients without micromanagement
• Strategic thinking (not only operational execution)
• Ability to manage complexity across multiple brands and under pressure
• Strong decision-making: being able to say what makes sense/does not and justify it
• Strong overlap into digital and marketing trends
