Description

Own and scale paid acquisition across every paid channel, including strategy, channel mix, targets, and a growing team. Build attribution models with the Data team, run full-funnel testing (creative, copy, landing pages, and segmentation), and align with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data on shared targets. Deliver measurable improvements in acquisition metrics and present budgets, plans, and risks/opportunities to marketing leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition strategy across all paid channels

  • Build and lead the performance marketing team (hiring, mentoring, structure)

  • Forecast and manage budgets; report against user acquisition, ROI, and LTV/CAC targets

  • Own and drive adoption of the attribution model with the Data team

  • Lead testing across the whole funnel, including new channels as they emerge

  • Coordinate with Product Marketing on positioning, ICPs, messaging, and feedback loops

  • Represent paid acquisition in GTM with Product Marketing, Data, and broader teams

  • Report to Head of Marketing on spend performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

  • 8+ years of performance marketing, growth, or user acquisition experience; ideally B2B technology or PLG/SaaS

  • Proven experience building and leading a performance marketing team

  • Budget management experience ($1M+), with the ability to reason about LTV/CAC, payback periods, and ROAS

  • Hands-on acquisition experience across major ad platforms plus at least some affiliate/partner/influencer channels

  • Experience working with modern data stacks and building attribution models with a Data team

  • Ability to create scalable systems (testing frameworks, reporting, creative briefing)

  • Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and communicate clearly in English
