Description

You will oversee ongoing marketing activities for multiple in-house brands, pull inputs from specialists, keep deadlines on track, and compile a unified view of the brands’ work. You’ll also produce content and copy (case studies, blog articles, and sales presentation text) and create fresh social and newsletter content from internal productions, workshops, and client events. In addition, you’ll contribute to events, support PR/visibility, and help with employer branding and internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and keep running marketing activities; propose and plan additional initiatives
• Connect with specialists and manage the flow of materials to meet deadlines
• Write readable case studies, blog articles, and compelling sales presentation copy
• Create social/newsletter content on-site using phone/camera during productions, workshops, and events
• Support preparation of client events (e.g., business breakfasts, sports activities, major conference)
• Collaborate with PR to prepare topics and increase visibility
• Support internal communications and employer branding

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience (medior/senior level); digital agency experience is a plus
• Strong project management skills: organization, prioritization, use of project tools, and motivating teams to deliver
• Excellent writing and flawless Czech; ability to turn expert topics into human, sales-ready content
• Proactive, extroverted communication style; connects the dots and brings ideas without waiting for detailed instructions
