Description

You will work on strategic decision-making and help find new solutions for clients, not just prepare media plans. The role provides direct access to data and insights and requires connecting strategy, planning, and delivery with the client’s business goals. You’ll also be involved in building a new team and setup and strengthening media partnerships in both offline and online environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic decisions and develop new media solutions
• Connect strategy, planning, and the client/business perspective
• Use data and insights to support recommendations and planning
• Manage delivery and maintain strong client relationships
• Work effectively in a multi-market environment (CZ/SK/HU)

Requirements

• Knowledge of the media landscape
• Ability to think across context (strategy + planning + business)
• Client and delivery management under pressure
• Focus on added value beyond execution
• Take responsibility for outcomes and relationships
• Understand the balance between client goals and practical constraints
• Strong time-management
• Experience with offline and online media
• Ability to operate in fast-changing environments
