Description

You will design and own the electrical power distribution system powering manufacturing, production lines, AI training data centers, and the Terafab semiconductor facility. The role emphasizes NEC code compliance, Revit MEP deliverables, and close partnership with Construction from design through energization.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical power distribution design from scope through construction
• Apply the National Electrical Code (NEC) to develop code-compliant designs
• Coordinate with Design Managers, Manufacturing, Construction, and other stakeholders
• Prepare IFP/IFC electrical deliverables (single-line diagrams, panel schedules, grounding drawings, underground conduit drawings, power plans, lighting layouts) in Revit MEP
• Perform field walks and surveys with peers and Construction
• Review equipment submittals and specifications
• Answer RFIs and design questions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience with evidence of exceptional ability)
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial MEP electrical design
• Proficiency preparing and completing electrical deliverables using Revit MEP
• Experience using the NEC to calculate overcurrent protection for conductors and transformers
• Experience sizing conductors and grounding
• Experience designing low voltage distribution (480V to 120V)
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work across disciplines
