Description

Lead structural design and construction for industrial, manufacturing, data center, semiconductor, and other high-tech facilities, including renovations.

Own the resolution of complex structural challenges by directing structural analyses (including advanced finite element modeling, thermal expansion, vibration transfer paths, and foundation systems) and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, A/MEP/F, Process, Controls, and Commissioning).

Provide technical leadership across all project phases, enforce design standards and procedures, perform QA/QC on deliverables, and advise senior stakeholders with clear design options, trade-offs, and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years of professional structural engineering experience, including at least 3 years focused exclusively on high-tech facilities (semiconductor, data center, biotech, advanced manufacturing)
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing in the State of Texas (or eligible for reciprocity)
• Registered Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
