Description

You will work on a clinical information system used in daily hospital operations. Your responsibilities include collecting and structuring customer needs, analyzing healthcare processes, and preparing user scenarios, workflows, and development specifications. You will collaborate with development, testing, and product teams and help ensure the delivered solution matches user requirements—supported by modern tools including AI.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clarify, and structure requirements from customers, internal teams, and stakeholders

• Analyze healthcare processes and translate them into functional solution proposals

• Prepare analytical materials, user scenarios, workflows, and development assignments

• Collaborate with developers, testers, the product team, and other colleagues

• Contribute to data structure design, integration interfaces, and system interconnections

• Verify that the delivered solution meets the assignment and user needs

• Create or update documentation for proposed functionalities

• Communicate with customers and help find process- and technically-sensible solutions

• Use modern tools, including AI, for analysis, documentation, research, scenario drafting, and solution validation

Requirements

• Ability to understand user requirements and convert them into clear analytical specifications

• Analytical thinking and ability to structure complex topics

• Communication skills and ability to align with development, customers, and internal teams

• Orientation in information systems and willingness to understand how things work under the surface

• Basic or advanced SQL knowledge and orientation in data structures (depending on seniority)

• Ability to describe a process, workflow, or user scenario

• Carefulness in documentation and validation of solutions

• Independence, responsibility, and willingness to complete tasks end-to-end

• Interest in healthcare and willingness to learn specifics of the clinical environment

• Openness to using modern AI tools in everyday work
