Description

You will analyze business and system requirements, design IT solutions—especially microservices, APIs, and system integrations—and model processes, domains, and data flows using UML and BPMN. You will create analytical and technical documentation and collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders. You will also practically apply AI/GenAI approaches (including agent workflows and RAG) to support analysis and design.

Responsibilities

• Create analytical and technical documentation
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and business
• Develop and practically use AI/GenAI solutions in analytical and design work

Requirements

• Strong English (minimum B2)
• Minimum 8 years of systems analysis and IT solution design experience
• Very good knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and system integrations
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka or RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, domain/data modeling, and SQL
• Very good knowledge of Git and GitFlow
• Practical experience with VS Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI tools
• Knowledge of AI agents, prompt engineering, AI workflow, and orchestration tools (Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, and MCP servers
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI Factory concepts and deploying AI solutions in organizations
