Description

You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, QA, and external partners to translate business needs into clear functional and system requirements. The role includes designing solutions with technical constraints in mind, analyzing existing system behavior, and supporting feature delivery for scalable software solutions. You will also investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and help ensure security, privacy, compliance, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and system requirements

  • Prepare user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation

  • Design solutions with Product Leaders and Engineering teams

  • Analyze existing system behavior and identify improvement opportunities

  • Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution of complex product and integration problems

  • Collaborate with developers and QA throughout the software development lifecycle

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on system integrations and data flows

  • Support backlog refinement, effort estimation, release planning, and risk identification

  • Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and quality standards

  • Improve analysis practices and documentation standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar software development role

  • Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

  • Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations

  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and QA teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • English proficiency (B2+) for an international environment
