Description

Develop and maintain banking billing solutions, including analysis of requests, defining requirements, and coordinating changes between business and IT teams. Prepare documentation, support testing by creating test scenarios, and analyze data using SQL while working with XML and JSON. Use Jira and Confluence and collaborate with developer teams in a hybrid work model (office in Warsaw twice per month).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Experience in requirements analysis and documentation preparation
• Practical knowledge of SQL, XML, and JSON
• Experience with testing and working with IT teams
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Basic knowledge of system integration and MQ queues
• Knowledge of banking processes, especially payments and billing/accounting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
